Jeni Long

Jeni Long is an Instructional Technologist with Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. She began her teaching adventure in 1999. She has a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University in Commerce, a Master’s in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University, and holds a K-8 Reading certification. During her professional career, Jeni has served as a 4th-7th grade Math Teacher, 7-12ELA Curriculum Specialist, and as a Science Curriculum Specialist. In 2008, Jeni transitioned into her current role as a Technology Integration Specialist. She is passionate about technology integration and making learning accessible and fun for all! Jeni has presented across the 26 schools in her district, at the local regional Education Service Center, TCEA, FETC, & in Central America. In addition, she has been invited by neighboring districts to lead staff development and has also been a guest on numerous webinars and podcasts featuring Microsoft tools. Fellow EdTech guru, Sallee Clark, and Jeni co-host a YouTube show called The Jenallee Show where the two share great tips and tutorials and interview teachers and students on various tech lessons and activities. Jeni is a Microsoft Innovator Educator Expert, MIE Trainer, and a Flipgrid Ambassador. Technology integration is her passion and she is extremely excited about her work with educators across the globe.

Jeni and her husband, Kris, were married in 1998. They have 4 amazing children, three girls and one boy, and reside in Saginaw, TX. Jeni’s family enjoys spending time together traveling, hiking, swimming, fitness and playing with their dog, Toby.
